摘要
龙眼壳依次用正己烷、乙酸乙酯、甲醇索氏提取4 h,所得提取物的提取率分别是0.58%1、.02%、2.92%,抗氧化活性顺序为正己烷提取物(Ⅰ)<乙酸乙酯提取物(Ⅱ)<甲醇提取物(Ⅲ),w(Ⅲ)=0.04%抗氧化能力与w(二丁基羟基甲苯)=0.02%相近;Ⅲ过聚酰胺柱层析,得到蒸馏水洗脱物(A)、乙醇(体积分数为30%)洗脱物(B)、乙醇(体积分数为70%)洗脱物(C)、乙醇(体积分数为95%)洗脱物(D)、甲醇洗脱物(E),它们均有显著的抗氧化活性,且w(B)=0.04%、w(C)=0.04%、w(D)=0.04%的抗氧化能力与w(二丁基羟基甲苯)=0.02%相近;经试剂显色初步推断Ⅱ、C、E含有黄酮苷,Ⅰ、D含有二氢黄酮苷,A、B含有酚酸。
Longan (Euphoria Longan Lam. ) pericarp was extracted in turn with n-hexane, ethyl acetate and methyl alcohol for 4 hours in Soxhlet extractor,their extraction rate being 0. 58%,1.02R and 2.92%, respectively,the sequence of antioxidative activity in lard was n-hexane extract( Ⅰ)〈ethyl acetate extract ( Ⅱ)〈 methyl alcohol extract (Ⅲ), and antioxidative activity of ω( Ⅲ )= 0.04% was near to that of ω(BHT) = 0.02 %. By polyamide column chromatography Ⅲ was separated into water eluent(A), C2 H5 OH (φ=30 %) eluent(B) ,C2H5OH(φ=70%) eluent(C) ,C2H5OH(φ=95%) eluent(D) ,methyl alcohol eluent(E),they showed remarkable antioxidative activity, and antioxidative activity of ω (B) = 0.04 %, ω(C) = 0.04 % and ω (D) = 0.04% were near to that of ω(BHT) =0.02% in lard. By colour test,the antioxidative components were preliminary determined as follows:flavone in Ⅱ ,C and E,dihydroflavone in Ⅰ and D and phenolic acid in A and B.
