摘要
目的:揭示中药使用中的十八反与十九畏联合应用的情况及避免联合使用应注意的问题。方法:对含十八反及十九畏的中成药的用药特点进行分析,并对避免中成药与中成药以及中成药与中草药联合使用时可能出现的十八反药物提出了建议。结果与结论:(1)分别含有十八反或十九畏的中成药与中成药、中成药与中草药易于联合使用;(2)含十八反或十九畏的中药联合使用后一旦出现医疗事故医院及医师的责任将不可避免;(3)中成药的说明书中应当注明所含的十八反及十九畏药物,以引起医师的注意。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the 18 incompatible medicaments and 19 medicaments of mutual restraint in the combined use of traditional Chinese medicines and to discuss the problems that should be avoided in the combined use of these medicines. METHODS： The medication characteristics of the Chinese patent drugs that contain 18 incompatible medicaments and 19 medicaments of mutual restraint were analyzed, and suggestions on how to avoid 18 incompatible medicaments that possibly occur in the combined use of Chinese patent medicines or Chinese patent medicine and Chinese herbal medicines were put forward. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： （1） Traditional patent medicines or Chinese patent medicines and Chinese herbal medicines containing 18 incompatible medicaments or 19 medicaments of mutual restraint are likely to be used in combination; （2）It is impossible for both hospitals and doctors to shirk their responsibilities once medical malpractice occur in the combined use of traditional Chinese medicines that containing 18 incompatible medicaments and 19 medicaments of mutual restraint. （3） The package inserts of Chinese patent drugs should indicate clearly the contained 18 incompatible medicaments and 19 medicaments of mutual restraint for doctors＇ attention.
