摘要
在不同的热处理条件下,测定了26CrMoNbTiB钻杆管的性能和组织。研究结果表明,回火温度的提高,回火保温时间延长,强度指标下降,塑性和韧性指标上升;而淬火温度对该钢种的力学性能则没有明显的影响。最佳热处理制度为:淬火温度900℃,保温30min,回火温度590℃,保温60 min。经此热处理工艺处理后,能满足API5D标准各项要求,并达到S135钢级的中上限水平。
The performances and microstructures of 26CrMoNbTiB drill pipe were measured at the different condition of heat treatment. The results demonstrated that, with the raise of tempering temperature and the prolongation of tempering holding time, the strength was decreased, the ductility and toughness were increased. However quenching temperature made not an obvious effect on mechanical properties of this steel. The optimum procedure of heat treatment: quenching temperature 900℃ , holding time 30 mins; tempering temperature 590℃, holding time 60 mins. After processed by this heat treatment technology, products could meet the each requirement of API 5D and achieve the middle and upper level of S135 steel type.
