摘要
应用Fluent数值模拟计算软件对韶关发电厂300MW机组W形火焰锅炉的二次风道进行了计算分析。通过对二次风道的4个工况的模拟计算,找出前后墙风量偏差的原因,提出结构优化的方法,使前后墙风量合理分配,稳定了锅炉的燃烧工况。
By use of numerical simulation calculating software of Fluent, the secondary air duct of a 300 MW unit's W-fired boiler in Shaoguan Power Plant is computed and analyzed. Through analog computation of four conditions of the secondary air duct, the reasons of air quantity difference between the front wall and the rear wall are found out. The method of structure optimization is put forth, so that the air quantity between the front wall and the rear wall is distributed in reason, and the burning conditions of the boiler are stabilized.
