从经济学的角度分析了高速公路建设与运营的效益,揭示了效益的产生机理,以及不同性质的外部效应对高速公路供给和需求曲线的变化趋势的影响,并对社会效益的定量计算进行了介绍。
From the angle of economics it analyses the construction and operation benefits of freeway,discloses the generate principle of benefits and the affection of the external effect of different nature to the alternation trend of giving and requiring curves of freeway,and introduces the quantitative calculation of society benefits.
