摘要
高技能人才是国家核心竞争力的体现。作为国务院综合配套改革试区的浦东新区,着力于通过优化产业结构,提升产业能级,构筑具有国际竞争力的现代产业高地。产业高地的建立需要人才资源予以支撑,特别是高技能人才。本文深入分析了浦东新区高技能人才培养工作上存在的问题,对整合浦东新区现有职业教育和职业培训资源,进一步推进浦东新区高技能人才培养工作提出了相应的对策和建议,为政府制定推进高技能人才的有关政策措施提供参考。
National core competitiveness is reflected by high-skilled talents. Being the experimental area of State Council＇s comprehensive complementary reforms, the government of Pudong New Area endeavors to upgrade the level of industrial power, and construct modern industrial highland of intermational competitiveness by means of optimizing the present industrial structure. The indUstrial highland must be established on the support of talent resources, especially of high-skilled talents. The present paper is to integrate the Pudong New Areas present resources of vocational education and vocational training, through deep analysis of problems of training high-skilled talents, and to further propose counter-strategies and advice corresponding the work of training,high-skilled talents, which is favorable for providing the government with reference to estabtishihg and promoting polices and measures relevant to the high-skilled talents.
