摘要
研究了室内养殖条件下黄鳝对几种水生动物如泥鳅、白斑蛾蚋、福寿螺、石蟹、麦穗鱼、克氏原螯虾和孔雀鱼的捕食规律以及黄鳝残杀小鳝现象,为黄鳝生态养殖中降低养殖饲料成本、加强营养物质循环等提供了理论依据。结果表明:黄鳝与泥鳅的体重比例达22∶1以后,黄鳝才能捕食泥鳅;黄鳝与泥鳅的体重比例极显著地影响黄鳝最大摄食率和特定生长率(P<0.01)。黄鳝捕食白斑蛾蚋幼虫比较容易,黄鳝最大摄食率和特定生长率较高。在大、小鳝体重比例达到25∶1以上后,黄鳝才会出现残杀小鳝现象。黄鳝对活饵具有一定的选择性,其捕食顺序依次为:鳝苗、石蟹苗、孔雀鱼、克氏原螯虾苗、麦穗鱼。
The regularities of eels predation upon several minitype aquatic animals such as Misgurnus anguillicaudatus Cantor, Telmatoscopus albipunctatus , AmpuUariagigas Spix, Potaraon denticulatus , Pseudorasbora parva , Procambarus clakii and Poecilia reticulata as well as cannibalism of eels were studied under indoor conditions. These would help reduce feeding cost and enhance nutrition cycling in ecological culture of eels. Only when body weight proportion of the ricefield eel to the loach which significantly (P 〈 0.01 ) affected the rate of maximum food consumption and specific growth rate (SGR) of ricefield eels was up to 22 : 1 ,the eel could prey on the loach. It was easy for the eels to prey upon larva of Telmatoscopus albipunctatus ,which led to the higher rate of maximum food consumption and SGR. Cannibalism was observed when body weight proportion of big eels to small eels reached 25 : 1. Eels had some selectivities to living baits ,with the order of predation being fry of ricefield eel, fry of Potamon denticulatus, Poecilia reticulate, fry of Procambarus clakii and Pseudorasbora parva in turn.
