摘要
跆拳道是一项对抗性强、竞争激烈的运动项目,因而对运动员的身体能力提出了较高的要求,本文从生化角度分析该项目的供能特点,遵循生化原则,开展有针对性的训练,进一步提高技、战术水平,为取得高水平的运动成绩打下坚实的基础。
The Tae Kwon Do is an antagonism is strong, the competitionintense movement project, thus set a higher request to athlete'sbodily ability. This article analyzes this project from thebiochemistry angle to energize the characteristic, follows thebiochemistry principle, the development has the pointed training,further enhances the technique, the tactical level, is obtains thehigh level the movement result to build the solid foundation.
