摘要 目的:研究大孔树脂富集橄榄苦苷的条件及参数。方法:微波水提取所得橄榄苦苷水提液直接用D-101大孔吸附脂静态吸附,水洗脱糖类等杂质,以70%乙醇洗脱;采用HPLC法检测橄榄苦苷的含量。结果:D-101大孔树脂可以将固体中橄榄苦苷的质量分数从5%提高至21.6%,回收率为88.6%。结论:D-101型大孔树脂适合分离纯化水溶性的橄榄苦苷。本法操作简便,适用于工业化生产。 Objective : To study the conditions and parameters of the enrichment of oleuropein with macroporous resin. Methods : Aqueous extract of Olea europaea leaves prepared through microwave extraction was adsorbed directly with macroporous resin D-101 and the impurities such sugar were washed out by water then oleuropein was eluted by 70% ethanol. HPLC was used to determine the content of oleuropein. Results: The contents of oleuropein increased from 5% to 21.6% in the solid, with 88. 6% of recovery rate. Conclusion : Macroporous resin D-101 fits in purification of water-soluble oleuropein. The process is simple and convenient and can be used for industrial production.
