摘要 应用仿真软件比较分析了配送中心不同拣货策略的差异。提出了拣货作业系统的评价指标,定性分析了多种拣货策略的适用范围和优缺点,介绍了基于Arena软件的仿真思路,讨论了分批拣货策略和单一拣货策略比较的仿真案例,着重分析了2种拣货策略下拣货时间、车辆数及货物品项数与拣货效率之间的关系。结果表明在相同的仓储条件下单一拣货策略比分批拣货策略的平均效率要高。该研究将为配送中心拣货作业系统的优化提供决策支持。 Simulation software was used to comparatively analyze the difference of the various order-picking policies for distribution center operation. Firstly, the performance indexes about the order-picking activities were proposed, and the applying fields, and the advantages and disadvantages of the various order-plcking policies were analyzed. Then, the simulating procedure based on the Arena software was introduced. Finally, the simulation of comparing the batch order-picking policy and single order-picking policy was discussed. The relationship among orderpicking time, picking-vehicle number, item number, and the picking efficiency was stressed. The simulating results show that single order-picking policy has higher picking efficiency than batch order-plcking policy under the same storage condition. This study is greatly significant for optimizing the order-picking system in the distribution center.
