摘要
利用开阀压力与阀片变形以及流量之间关系,建立油气弹簧阀系参数解析设计公式,利用该公式可对阀系参数进行解析设计。定量分析阀片弹性模量对阀系设计参数的影响,确定阀片厚度和节流缝隙的弹性模量影响系数,利用该系数可对阀系参数进行推算设计。通过实例,对阀系参数进行解析设计和影响系数推算设计,并对两种方法设计值进行比较,校核阀系设计参数,进行设计油气弹簧的特性试验。设计和试验结果表明,阀系参数解析设计方法准确,影响系数推算设计方法可靠,对油气弹簧设计具有重要参考价值。
Through the relations of throttle pressure with the flux and slice deformation, the analytic design formulas of valves parameters of hydro-pneumatic spring is established. Analyzed the influence of elastic modulus to the valves parameters, the influence coefficients of elastic modulus to the valves parameters is founded. With practical example of hydro-pneumatic spring, the valves parameters is designed with the methods of the analytics desgin and influence coefficients, the deigned parameters is validated,and the performance test is conducted for the designed hydro-pneumatic spring. The experiment and design results show that the elastic modulus has influence of the valves parameters, the analytic design methods of valves parameters is accurate, and the elastic modulus influence coefficients is applied, it has importance for hydro-pneumatic spring designing.
