一种电子散热用小型涡流管性能的试验研究 被引量:1

Experimental Study on the Performance of a Minitype Vortex Tube for Electronic Component Cooling

摘要 提出了一种应用于小功率电子散热的小型涡流管,设计建立了涡流管性能试验装置系统。针对进气压力P0、冷气流率μ对其冷却性能的影响进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,在P0=0.3—0.6MPa,μ=0.27—0.72范围内,涡流管的制冷效应及制冷量随P0的增大而增大,而制冷效率随P0的增大而减小;制冷效应、制冷量和制冷效率都随μ的变化而变化,且在μ为0—1的范围内都有极大值。 A minitype vortex tube to little power electronic component cooling is introduced. The experimental device on the performance of vortex tube is designed, and its cooling performance affected by inlet pressure P0 and cooling air ratio μ is investigated. Experimental results indicate that its cooling effect and refrigeration capacity under P0 =0. 3-0. 6 MPa,μ =0. 27 -0.72 increase with the increase of p0 ,but refrigeration efficiency decreases;they change with the change of cooling air ratio, and exist maximum under μ = 0 - 1.
