摘要
生物羟基化被用作研究甾体代谢机制和制备羟基甾体的工具,许多真菌微生物菌具有甾体C7-羟基化能力,而C7-羟基甾体具有许多重要的生物活性。在分子水平上,人们已经发现了7α-羟基化酶及其基因。就以上几个方面做一简单综述,并对此领域的发展趋势进行展望。
Microbial hydroxylation was established as a method for the preparation of hydroxysteroids and a tool for the investigation of steroid metabolism. Many microbes could convert steroids into 7-hydroxylsteroids which possessed various pharmacologic activities. In the molecular level,7ot-hydroxyl enzyme and gene had been discovered. The advances in microbial transformation of steroids into 7-hydroxylsteroids are reviewed,and also the trend of development in the area.
