摘要
新农村建设和构建农村现代商品流通体系是党的“十一五”规划中提出的推进我国农业现代化建设,构建新型工农城乡关系,缩小城乡差别,全面建设小康社会的重大的战略举措。目前,我国农村的三农工作到了一个非常重要的转型时期,整个农村工作将要发生革命性、根本性的变化。
The building of new rural areas and modern rural commodity circulation system are both important measures raised by the Party,＂ 1 lth 5 - year - plan＂ focusing on accelerating agricultural modernization, establishing the new relationship between industry and agriculture, urban and runal areas, diminishing the gap between them, and building an overall all - round well - off society. Currently in China the ＂ 3 agricultural tasks＂ is under undergoing a erueil poroid of transformation, when the revolutionary and fundamental changes will occur to all agricultural work concerneel.
