摘要
目的建立甲硫氨酸含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法色谱柱为ODS-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(10∶90),流速为1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长为210 nm。结果甲硫氨酸在20-60 mg.L-1范围内,线性关系良好,回归方程:Y=195.32X+21.34,r=0.999 9。平均回收率99.57%(n=9),RSD=0.56%。结论该方法简便、重现性好、灵敏度高,专属性强,可以用作甲硫氨酸的含量测定。
Aim To establish the method of determining the methionine tablets with HPLC. Methods The chromatographic column was ODS-C18 (250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetone alcohol-water( 10: 90). The flow rate was 1.0 ml ·min^ -1 ,and the detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results The linear range of methionine was in the range of 20 -60 mg ·L^ -1 The linear relation was good. The regression equation was Y = 195.32X + 21.34 ,r =0. 999 9 ,and its average recovery was 99.57% (n = 9 ), RSD =0.56%. Conclusion The method is reproducible, sensitive and speeific. It ean be used for determination of methionine.
