摘要
针对某隧道排烟风道植筋锚固后浇筑混凝土板的工程特点,分4组进行了12个试件的植筋拉拔试验,探讨不同植筋长度和孔壁潮湿时对植筋受拉承载力的影响。在孔壁潮湿的情况下,若采取适当的清孔措施并延长固化时间,植筋胶与混凝土仍具有较好的粘结力,能够保证所植钢筋充分发挥强度。
According to the engineering features of post-installed concrete slab with embedded steel bar in a tunnel structure, twelve adhesive steel bar samples in four groups are tested under tensile load to probe the impact of bar length on its bearing capacity. Test results cleaned up and the setting time is prolonged, the bonding show that for damp hole, if the hole is properly behavior between the adhesive and concrete is still good enough to ensure the strength of the embedded bar being fully utilized
