摘要
C/C喉衬材料的烧蚀性能与原材料性能、工艺过程有很大关系,采用小型试验发动机可有效进行C/C喉衬材料烧蚀性能模拟试验。介绍了3种小型发动机喉衬烧蚀试验方法,并着重分析了一种方形喉衬的试验方法。试验结果表明,该方法适于各类喉衬材料的烧蚀性能对比,尤其适用于径棒法编织的C/C喉衬材料。
Ablative property of C/C throat insert has close relations with raw material property and processing. Ablative property simulation test of C/C throat insert can be effectively carried out by means of small-scale test motor. Three ablative test methods for small-scale motors were introduced, and a new test method for quadrate throat insert was emphatically analyzed. Test results show that this method is applicable for ablative properties comparison of various kinds of throat insert material,especially C/C throat insert weaved with radial carbon rod.
