摘要
目的:用高效液相色谱法测定红药片中人参皂苷Rg1含量。方法:采用SymmetryC18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-0.05(磷酸(V∶V=20∶80)为流动相,检测波长203nm,流速0.9mL/min。结果:线性范围0.1003～4.012μg(r=0.9998,n=6),平均回收率95.5%,RSD为1.89%(n=6);结论:本法简便、准确、无干扰,可用于红药片的质量控制。
Objective： To establish the quantitative method of the Ginsenoside Rg1, in the Hongyao Tablet by HPLC. Method： The Symmetry C18 Column （150mm × 4.6mm μm） was used ,The acetenitrile -0.05% phosphoric acid（ V：V =20： 80）mixture as the mobile phase, with the detection at 203nm, the flow rate was 0. 9mL/min. Result： The liner ranges are 0. 1003 -4.012μg（ r =0.9998, n =6）.The mean recovery is 95.5% ,RSD=189% （ n =6）. Conclusion： This method is convenient, accurate and specified.
