摘要
本文提出利用红外探测技术及信息采集技术建立汽车信息采集站,用来确定行驶的汽车位置.利用信息高速公路将汽车信息采集联网组成汽车交通管理系统.它具有交通管理和汽车定位的功能.在文中分析了交通管理系统的可行性.
This paper describes how to build an automobile information collecting station by means of infrared detecting and information collecting techniques so that the whereabouts of mov-ing automobiles can be established. Through the information highway, automobile information collecting stations in different places can be connected to one another to form a traffic control system. The feasibility of this system is analysed in the paper.
