摘要
土地是最重要的自然资源,但是,在中国农村,由于村镇建设缺乏科学的规划,不合理利用土地的现象比较普遍。通过村镇规划对土地进行集约化利用是解决我国农村土地问题的有效途径之一,因为科学的规划不仅可以促进农村经济、文化和社会的发展,还可以推动农村产业结构调整和土地的有效利用。分析了土地集约利用的内涵以及有关土地集约利用的不同观点,然后总结我国农村土地利用存在的问题,在此基础上提出在村镇规划中土地集约利用的措施与方法。
Land is the most important natural resource, however, unreasonable land use in rural areas of China is widespread. Intensive land use through design of villages and small towns may be the solution to this problem, because scientific design of villages and small towns can not only impel the development of economy, culture, and society in rural areas, but also promote the adjustment of industrial structure and effectiveness of land use. In this paper, the meanings of intensive land use were explained and the arguments about its defini- tions were fully discussed. Then the problems of land use in rural areas of China were analyzed extensively. Based on the analyses, some strategies and means under the conceptual framework of intensive land use through design of village and small towns in rural areas of China were represented briefly.
