摘要
建设社会主义新农村,是贯彻科学发展观、全面建设小康和构建和谐社会的重大战略举措,也是解决“三农”问题的又一重大步骤。经济欠发达地区新农村建设既有普遍性,又有特殊性。结合常德的实际情况,试图对新农村建设的若干问题做一个理性思考,为欠发达地区推进新农村建设提供参考。
Building new socialist countryside is a significant measure to implement the scientific development philosophy, attain the well-rounded country of moderate prosperity, and build a harmonious society. Also, it is the key step to solve the problems of agriculture, countrysides and peasants. Building new socialist countryside in less developed area has a general character and its own particularity. Taking into account the actual situation in Changde, rational thoughts to several problems were made in this paper in order to provide the reference for building new socialist countryside in less developed area.
