摘要
主要采用纵向分析法、横向比较研究法和关键因素法三种基本研究方法,通过综合分析当前云南科技人才现状、就业结构现状和当前云南省高等教育科类结构现状等因素,与全国发达地区高等教育科类结构进行比较,揭示了云南省高等教育科类结构存在的问题,提出了调整的对策措施,对今后云南省高等教育结构体系的调整方向具有重要的参考意义。
The three fundamental researching methods are used. The paper shows some existing problems, proposes adjusting countermeasures by intergrating analysis on the present situation for scientists and technicians, the employment structure and the academic subjects structure of Yunnan Province. Therefore, it is helpful to adjust educational structure system in higher education.
