摘要
目的探讨目前我国健康青年人的正常窦性心率范围。方法对580例在校健康大学生的体检心电图窦性心率资料进行统计分析。结果窦性心率在60～95bpm之间的占76.72%(445/580),在55～59bpm之间的占16.38%(95/580),在96～100bpm之间的占5.17%(30/580),三者共占98.27%(570/580);而男性在55～95bpm之间的占98.37%(301/306),女性在55～100bpm之间的占96.35%(264/274)。结论目前我国健康青年人的正常窦性心率范围确定为55～100bpm(男性在55～95bpm,女性在55～100bpm)较为合适。
Objective To explore the range of normal sinus heart rate of Chinese health youngster. Methods The retrospective statistics and analyses were made on data of electro cardiogram,s sinus heart rate of 580 cases with the health students in colleage. Results The percentage of sinus heart rate are 76.72% （445/580）in 60-95bpm and 16.38%（95/580）in 55-59bpm and 5.17% （30/580）in 96-100bpm,are altogether 98.27% （570/ 580） ,are 98.37%（301/306）in 55-95bpm for men and 96.35%（264/274）in 55-100bpm for women. Conclusion The normal sinus heart rate in 55-100bpm （in 55-95bpm for men and in 55-100bpm for women） is proper for Chinese health youngster.
