摘要
介绍了合成氨装置扩产改造方案和变换工艺指标;简述了对QDB-04耐硫变换催化剂进行性能对比、动力学计算和工业侧线实验的情况;从工艺流程、催化剂装填、催化剂升温硫化等方面论述了QDB-04耐硫变换催化剂的工业应用情况。结果表明,在不增加反应器和催化剂装填量的情况下,QDB-04耐硫变换催化剂变换活性较高,变换炉出口CO指标至少可降低0.5%,每年可产生经济效益约1 680万元。
The production expansion & reformation scheme and shift process indexes were introduced for the ammonia synthesis plant; author described the property comparison, dynamics calculation for the QDB -04 anti-sulfur shift catalyst and the situation of industrial side-line test; the industrial application situation of the QDB -04 anti-sulfur shift catalyst was discussed from aspects of process flow, catalyst filling, catalyst heat-sulfuration etc.. It indicates that under the case without adding reactor and catalyst filling quantity, the shift activity of QDB -04 anti-sulfur shift catalyst is higher, the CO content index at the outlet of shifting fumace can be reduced at least by 0.5%, and the benefit 16, 8 x 106 Yuan RMB can be gained annually.
