摘要
试验利用不同浓度赤霉素、硫脲、硝酸钾处理陈化石刁柏种子,结果表明,50 mg/L赤霉素处理和0.2%硝酸钾处理效果较好,而3种浓度硫脲对石刁柏种子的萌发没有明显的促进作用。
In this paper, asparagus seed was investigated for studying inlluence of concentrauons of three chemicals on its germination. The result indicated that germination percentage of asparagus seeds was increased by Potassium nitrate at 0.2% and by gibberellin at 50 mg/L. There is no obvious effect of sulphur urea,with three different concentration.
