钌(Ⅱ)配合物与DNA相互作用的光谱研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的设计合成一个钌(Ⅱ)多吡啶配合物[Ru(dmp)2(dpip)]2+(dmp=1,10-邻菲咯啉,dpip=2-(6,9-二氧环己环苯基)咪唑并[4,5-f]邻菲咯啉),研究该配合物与DNA的相互作用。方法采用元素分析、质谱和1H NMR对其进行表征,用电子吸收光谱、黏度测试、DNA熔点变化和圆二色谱研究配合物与DNA的作用。结果与结论所合成的配合物结构得到确证,该配合物与DNA之间通过插入作用结合。 Ruthenium (Ⅱ) polypyfidyl complex [ Ru ( dmp ) 2 ( dpip ) ]^ 2+ ( dpip = 2-( 6,9-dioxanophenyl ) imidazo [ 4,5-f] [ 1,10 ] phenanthroline, dmp = 2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline) has been synthesized and characterized by element analysis, ES-MS and 1 H NMR. The interactions of the complex with DNA were investigated by electronic absorption spectra, thermal denaturation, viscosity measurement and circular dichroism. The results show that the complex [ Ru(dmp) 2 (dpip) ] ^2+ intercalates into the DNA base pair via the intercalative ligand.
