摘要回顾海岸工程设计布局及建造中的影响因素及一般原则.分析工程选址和设计标准等的影响因素,并探讨工程设计使用年限和回报周期之间的关系.讨论环境因素对海岸工程设计的影响,并具体分析海流气象的影响.最后,指出海岸工程的建设应该结合远期航运发展和相关国际规则进行合理化设计. A review is put forward on general design considerations affecting the overall planning, design, and construction of a marine facility. In particular, the site selection and layout criteria are briefly reviewed, and the return period is discussed in accordance with the design life. Environmental conditions and means of their describing for design purposes are reviewed, especially the wave climate of a harbour. It is suggested that the design criteria should follow the development of the vessels, the relevant intemational codes and local requirements in future.
