摘要
采用心血管血流参数无损伤检测仪(TP-CBS),对本院300例妊娠中晚期孕妇检测收缩压、舒张压、脉压差、平均动脉压、心率、心搏输出量、心输出量、心搏指数、心脏指数、外周阻力、血管顺应性、脉搏波形系数、血液粘性等进行监测,发现妊娠期母体心血管系统发生一系列适应性的生理变化;随着孕龄的增加、舒张压、平均动脉压、心输出量、心率、血管顺应性均明显增加,但外周阻力明显降低。这一变化过程与胎盘循环的建立,母体血容量增加,心脏负荷加重等有着密切的关系。
The TP CBS nonstress parameter detecting instument for heart and blood vessel was used to examine 300 women at the second and third trimesters of pregnancy. The observations included sytolic pressure(Ps), diastolic pressure (Pa), difference pressure(Dp), mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate(HR), stroke volume(SV), cardiac output(CO), stroke volume index(SI), cardiac output index(CI), total peripheral resistance(TPR), arterial compliance(AC), coefficent of sphygmogram(K), blood viscosity(V). It was found that the maternal cardio vacular system exhibted a series of accommodative physiologic changes. With the advancement of pregnancy, the diastolic pressure, mean arterial pressure, cardiac output, heart rate and arterial compliance all showed significant increase. On the contrary, there is a marked lowering of the total peripheral resistance. These changes were closely related to the establishment of placenta circulation, the increase of maternal blood volume and cardiac load.
