摘要
污水经深度处理后回用是解决水资源短缺的有效途径。作者分析了含氨氮污水回用于循环水时所要解决的主要问题,认为氨氮是导致腐蚀率增加的主要因素。通过静态和动态模拟试验,筛选出两种新型复合缓蚀阻垢剂YSW105和YSW106。试验结果表明,投加YSW105和YSW106后试管的腐蚀率和黏附速率均达到和优于中石化“好级”标准,能够满足含氨氮污水回用时的要求。
The recycling of advanced treated wastewater is an effective method of solving the shortage of water resources. The main problems of applying recycled ammonia-nitrogen containing wastewater to circulating water systems are analyzed. It is thought that ammonia-nitrogen is considered to be the most important factor to increase the corrosion rate. Two inhibitors,YSW105 and YSW106,have been chosen by static and dynamic state tests. The results show that the corrosion rate and the adhesion rate of the test tube after treated by YSW105 and YSW106 have all reached the good standard of SINOPEC, and meet the demand of recycling ammonia-nitrogen containing wastewater for circulating water systems.
