摘要
首先运用机理建模的方法,建立了船舶锅炉汽包水位数学模型,然后分析了锅炉汽包水位分别在给水流量和蒸汽流量变化情况下的动态特性,说明了该数学模型能够较好地模拟锅炉汽包水位变化情况,并且成功模拟了锅炉“虚假水位”现象;利用该数学模型,对锅炉给水系统单冲量控制系统,分别采用常规PID和专家PID两种控制器,用MATLAB进行了仿真研究,说明专家PID控制器比常规PID控制器减小了被控对象的超调量,缩短了控制时间,响应曲线特性更为理想,同时也指出了专家PID控制器的不足。
The accurate model of boiler drum water system was firstly established in accord with the theory of marine boiler. Secondly its dynamic responses were compared on different steam flow and feed water flow. The result proved that simulation models are in accordance with the actual process. Computer simulation research of the boiler drum water system was realized by using MATLAB on two different control methods: General PID controller and Expert PID controller. The computer simulation result shows the characters of Expert PID controller .
