摘要 目的:探讨转录信号传导子与激活子3(signal transducers and activation of tran-scription3,Stat3)在宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达与临床病理特征的关系。方法:用免疫组织化学SP法检测49例宫颈鳞状细胞癌、10例宫颈原位癌、10例正常宫颈组织中Stat3的表达水平,并对实验结果进行统计学分析。结果:Stat3在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中高表达率为79.6%,明显高于宫颈原位癌(10.0%),P<0.05;亦明显高于正常宫颈组织(0),P<0.01;同时发现Stat3表达率与组织分化程度有关,χ2=12.864,P=0.012。结论:Stat3的过度表达可能在宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展及分化过程中起重要作用。 OBJECTIVE: To study the Stat3 expression in cervical squmaus ceil carcinoma and its relationship with cliniclopathological parameters. METHODS: Expression of Stat3 was examined by the immunohistochemical assay in 49 cases of cervical squmaus cell carcinoma, 10 cases of cervical carcinoma in situ and 10 samples of normal cervical tissue. METHODS: The overexpression rate of Stat3 was 79.6%, being significantly higher than that of the cervical carninoma in situ(10.0%), P〈0.05. and higher than that of the normal cervical tissue (0) also, P〈 0.01. The overexpression rates of Stat3 in cervical carcinoma was correlated with histological grades (Х^2 = 12.864, P = 0. 012). CONCLUSION: The overexpression of Stat3 may have an important role in the development and differentiation of cervical carcinoma.
