摘要
目的观察长期使用硬性透气角膜接触镜(rigid gas permeable.RGP)对青少年近视的实际作用及对眼球组织的相关影响。方法50名(100眼)青少年近视(男23例,女27例,平均年龄(15±1.26)岁,在实验配戴RGP始末分别测定屈光度、矫正视力、角膜曲率半径和眼轴长度等;要求RGP配戴周期大于150w,且与同期50名近视条件相同的青少年近视框架镜验配者作对照。结果至3y随访结束,角膜曲率半径分析,框架镜组无显著变化,而RGP组增大(0.11±0.03)mm(P〈0.05);近视屈光度比较,框架镜组加深平均为平均为(0.95±0.55)Ds;RGP组为(0.62±0.16)Ds(P〈0.05);然而与实验前比较,框架镜组和RGP组的近视者眼轴都呈延长表现,团体t-检验两组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论青少年近视者日戴RGP3y,可使近视屈光度加深的速度减缓,但不能停止近视屈光度的加深。
Objective This experiment was advocated to investigate the long-fine effects of rigid gas permeable contact lens (RGP) on teenager myopia and in the same time to learn what changes can be detect in their eye tissues, refraction power, and Pattern-Visual Evoked Potential (P-VEP) and what a mechanism could be considered. Methods The experiment was carried out at 50 cases (100 eyes)of teenagers myopia (23 of 10 men, 27 of 13 women, average agel5 ± 1.26 years), all of them had been examined with refractive power, corrective visual acuity, corneal curvature and eye axial length. To them RGP had been asked for using at least 150 weeks. As a control, the same testing also had been done for another 50 cases of counterpart in that a spectacles had been fitted. Results By the end of 3 yeas investigation, on corneal curvature, more than 0.11 ± 0.03ram had been expanded for RGP groups, but less change was found for spectacles groups. On myopic reflective power, 0.95 ± 0.55Ds had been added in spectacles groups, but 0.62 ± 0.16Ds (paired t-test, P〈0.05) in RGP group. Unfortunately, eye axial length was extending in every case of both groups. Conclusions The progressing of Teenager myopia can be suppressed with wearing RGP in 3 years, but it couldn't be stopped daily.
