摘要
针对冷轧后不锈钢表面出现条痕色差的现象,认为条痕色差是由于不锈钢表面粗糙度不同,从而造成其反光性的差异,在视觉上表现为色差。利用SEM对色差明暗部位分析表明:造成不锈钢表面粗糙度不同的是由于不锈钢表面不同程度的晶间腐蚀造成的,连铸保护渣对板坯表面增碳和润滑剂燃烧增碳都会加剧晶间腐蚀。
To the streak chromatic difference on the surface of stainless steel after cold rolled, it is considered that it comes from visual sense because of different roughness on surface of steel and difference in light reflection arising therefrom. It is showed from analysis with SEM that the difference is brought about by intcrgranular corrosion of varying degrees and the corrosion would bc aggravated by continuous - casting mold powderg recarburization on slab surface and lubricating agent burning recarburization.
