8例心脏移植和1例心肺移植近期的免疫抑制治疗

摘要
目的总结同种异体原位心脏移植和同种异体原位心肺联合移植手术的近期抗免疫排斥治疗经验。方法8例同种异体原位心脏移植手术和1例同种异体原位心肺联合移植手术患者，术后均采用环孢素A＋骁悉＋泼尼松口服联合抗免疫治疗。结果9例患者中1例出现心功能不全；心肺移植患者术后1个月出现肾功能不全；E细胞病毒感染2例。经调整免疫抑制剂和对症处理后9例患者均于术后7周左右出院。结论重视围术期抗免疫处理，选择合理抗免疫排斥治疗方案，可降低移植术后早期病死率。
