摘要
六因素模型使用了内生动力和外部动力的概念,从而引出主动创新和被动创新的区别,接着分析主动创新系统对于企业的重要性和如何建立主动创新系统来实现企业的持续创新。
Form the Six- factor model which using the words of interior drive and exterior drive,we firstly educe the concepts of active - innovation and passive - innovation. Then secondly we analyze the importance of the active - innovation system and who to build this system to realize company＇s sustaining innovation.
