摘要
局部化疗方法能够显著提升局部药物浓度、降低局部复发率,同时降低了全身化疗的毒副作用。近年来,开展了诸多骨肉瘤局部化疗方法,如动脉内灌注化疗、高温隔离灌注化疗、动脉介入治疗及栓塞、连续性血液滤过的血管介入区域性大剂量化疗等,取得了一些进展,局部治疗是一种骨肉瘤辅助治疗较为理想的方法。
