摘要 根据流体力学原理并结合烧结现场设计了气流布料装置,研究了气流速度及物料水分含量等工艺参数对烧结混合料偏析效果的影响。试验结果表明,对于本研究的物料及气流介质而言,气流速度为50 m/s时物料的偏析效果最好;且当物料的水分含量适中时(本研究中为8.5%),气流更易对物料的偏析效果产生有效影响,使物料得到较好的偏析效果。烧结杯验证试验结果显示,气流布料后,转鼓强度为61.08%,与普通布料烧结时的转鼓强度61.05%基本一致,垂直烧结速度及利用系数分别为21.51mm/m in和1.558 t/(m2.h),较普通布料条件下的20.08 mm/min和1.401 t/(m2.h)分别显著提高了7.1%和11.2%;固体燃耗降低了4.11 kg/t。 The air-flow feeding device was designed according to the principle of fluid mechanics and the sinter field. The influences of the air velocity and the water content on the segregation effect were investigated. It was shown that for the raw material and the moving gaseous medium, the best segregation effect could be obtained when the airspeed was 50 m/s, and when the water content was proper (8.5% in the research), the minerals could be affected by the air-flow more easily, and be prone to distribute more rationally along the sinter bed. The results of the sinter pot test showed that the tumbler strength of the air-flow feeding is 61.08%, about the same to that of the conventional feeding, 61.05%. Compared to the vertical sintering velocity of 20.08 mm/min and the utilization coefficient of 1. 401 t/( m^2 · h) of the conventional feeding, those of the air-flow feeding are 21.51 mm/min and 1. 558 t/( m^2 · h), increased by 7.1% and 11.2% respectively. The solid fuel consumption could be decreased by 4.11g/t throuzh air-flow feeding.
