摘要
对湖南省高校高职称教师体育生活方式现状及其原因进行调查,调查结果表明,湖南省高校高职称教师在体育健身需要与体育健身价值观,生活精神层面、内容、时空、绩效、物质层面都产生了适应性变化,并表现出引人注目的特点。针对存在的问题,提出加强高校高职称教师体育健身生活方式的建议。
This paper made investigation on sports life style of college teacher with senior technical post in Hunan province. The result shows that there have some adaptation changes on aspects of demand and value of physical exercise, life spirit, content, time and space, efficiency and material of college teacher with senior technical post. Based on exiting problems, suggestions for enhancing their sports life style are put forwarded.
