摘要
主要运用内容分析法,对科技成果在竞技体育转化中的信息运行规律、信息作用、信息保障机制的构成做了理论分析,阐述了实现科技成果转化中的信息保障组织与管理等问题,并在此基础上提出了信息保障的构建途径、系统与组织实施。
Through using the method of content analysis, this paper makes theoretical analysis on the rules of information circulation, the function of information and the construction of information guarantee mechanism and explores the problems such as the organization and management of information guarantee in transform of sports scientific technological product. Based on it, corresponding countermeasures of constructing information guarantee is put forwarded.
