摘要
目的探讨标本在4℃和20℃放置不同时间对活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)和凝血酶原时间(PT)结果的影响。方法选取抗凝静脉血标本21份,离心分离血浆,即时上机检测APTT和PT,然后将标本分别放置于4℃和20℃2h、4h、6h、8h重复检测,并与即时上机检测结果相比较。结果①APTT在4℃2h和4h所测结果与即时测定结果无显著性差异,6h和8h所测结果与即时测定结果有显著性差异(p<0.05);在20℃2h所测结果与即时测定结果无显著性差异,4h、6h和8h所测结果与即时测定结果有显著性差异(p<0.05)。②PT在4℃2h和8h所测结果与即时测定结果无显著性差异,4h和6h所测结果与即时测定结果有显著性差异(p<0.05);在20℃2h所测结果与即时测定结果无显著性差异,4h、6h和8h所测结果与即时测定结果有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论凝血标本应在2h内完成测定。
Objective To observe the effect of blood samples' storage time and temperature on coagulation test results. Methods 21 blood samples were selected randomly, each sample was separated into two parts, one part was stored at 4℃, another part was stored at 20℃, for 2 h,4 h,6 h,8 h respectively for PT,APTT test. Results The instant determination of coagulation test on sample once drawn was treated as a control. An unaccepted deviation of APTr results were observed while the samples were stored at 4℃ for 6h and 8 h(p 〈0.05) and stored at 20℃ for 4 h,6 h and 8 h(p 〈0.05). An unaccepted deviation of PT results were observed while the samples were stored at 4℃ for 4h and 6 h(p 〈0.05) and Stored at 20℃ for 4 h,6 h and 8 h(p 〈0.05). Conclusion It is recommended that the coagulation test should be determined within 2 hours after the blood being drawn.
