摘要
本文运用全球创业观察的调查手段——GEM模型,通过专家访谈、调查问卷等方法,收集数据,对上海创业环境的9个子项目进行实证分析,并在对创业机会、创业技能和创业能力进行分析的基础上,对上海创业环境进行总结评价,据此提出了积极的政策建议。
This paper uses the global entrepreneurial environment model to analysis the entrepreneurial environment in Shanghai. Through the questionnaires to the experts in different fields, it processes the data in Excel and makes a reasonable explanation of the results in the nine dimensionalities of the model. On the basis of the analysis in the entrepreneurial opportunity and capability, it gives the overall assessment on Shanghai＇s entrepreneurial environment and puts forward some positive suggestions.
