摘要
研究了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为基的PC+LiClO_4有机高分子电解质薄膜的制备、特性及其在电致变色器件中的应用.采用溶胶—凝胶法制备有机高分子电解质,当LiClO_4的浓度为1.5 mol/L时,电解质的电导率达到最大值2.0 mS/cm.将此样品作为离子传输层与NiO_x电致变色薄膜构成全固态电致变色器件,在紫外光辐照区域,光密度差大于1.66,在350~850 nm光区范围内,光密度差为0.83~1.66,在可见光区和近红外区都具有优良的变色性能.
The PMMA-based PC+LiClO4 solid method. Its ion conduction characteristics and polyelectrolyte films have been prepared with the sol-gel application in all-solid electrochromic devices have been discussed. When the concentration of LiClO4 is 1.5 mol/L, the conductivity σ reach to the max value 2.0 mS/cm. We used this sample to built up the all-solid electrochromic device with NiOx film and used this type of polyelectrolyte as the ion transport layer to made the all-solid electrochromic device together with NiOx electrochromic film. In ultraviolet light range, the light transmission density difference is AOD 〉 1.66. In visible light range(350 nm〈 A 〈850 nm), the light transmission density difference is 0.83〈 AOD 〈1.66. It is found that the electrochromic device prepared in this work exhibits excellent electrochromic ability in visible light and near infrared light range.
