摘要
目的:探讨高效液相色谱同时测定食品中苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠的方法。方法:样品经去蛋白、调节酸碱度、超声提取、过滤等处理,采用HPLC测定。结果:方法的检出限均为1.0mg/kg;相对标准偏差为0.84%~1.20%;平均回收率为92.1%~97.9%。结论:方法准确可靠、简便快速、易于掌握、便于推广。
Objective: To discuss a method of detection for benzoic acid, sorbic acid and saccharin sodium salt in foods by HPLC. Methods:The food samples were deproteinized, adjusted pH, ultrasonic extracted, filtered and analyzed by HPLC. Results: The detection limits were 1.0 mg/kg. The relative standard deviation range of samples added standard substance was 0. 84% - 1.20%. The average recovery rate was 92. 1%- 97.9%. Conclusion:The method is simple, rapid, reliable and accurate. So that, it is suitable for wide - range application.
