摘要
目的:探讨加强细节管理以降低护理风险的方法。方法:加强护理人员对护理风险的识别;强化细节管理的理念,以人为本,以细节管理为中心;健全细节管理机制,严格执行操作规程;建立风险管理网络,加强对现场管理的督导;重视细节服务,创新服务模式。结果:提高了护理人员对护理风险的识别能力,更加重视护理细节管理与细节服务,制定和完善了细节的操作流程,执行时更加科学、规范。结论:加强细节管理有利于降低护理风险,有利于保障病人安全,有利于医疗护理服务安全,有利于护理质量的提高。
Objective： To explore how to strengthen detail administration to reduce nursing risks. Methods： Strengthening the ability to recognize nursing risks among nurses. Deepening the idea of detail administration and delivering people-oriented, and detail administration centered nursing management. Perfecting the mechanism of detail administration and carrying out manipulation regulations strictly. Establishing network of risk administration and enhancing the supervising on locale administration. Attaching importance to the detail services and innovating the model of service. Results： The recognition competence of nurses on nursing risks increased. The detail administration and detail services in nursing were paid more attention to. Detail manipulation flow was built up and perfected. The detail administration was carried out more scientifically and regularly. Conclusion： Strengthening detail administration is helpful to reduce nursing risks and guarantee the safety of patients. It can benefit the nursing safety and the improvement of nursing quality.
