摘要
法国高等教育评估制度与其具体国情和高等教育管理体制相适应,颇有特色。政府在高等教育评估中的作用和意志十分突出。学习和借鉴发达国家高等教育评估的有益经验和有效措施已成为我国高等教育发展的当务之急。本文解析了法国高等教育评估的宏观背景、历史演进及现状、特点和不足之处,供我国高等教育评估的借鉴。
The French higher educational assessment system has its own characters. It matches its own national conditions and higher educational management system. The government plays an outstanding role in its higher educational assessment system. It is essential for China higher education to learn the helpful experience and measures from the higher educational system in developed countries. This paper analyzes the macrobackgrounds, historical evolvements, current situations, features and shortcomings of the French higher educational assessment, and also raises some references to the higher educational assessment in China.
