摘要
从营养支持的评估、实施途径、支持时机、能量需求、临床监测方面对临床机械通气患儿营养支持现状进行综述,提出了存在的问题,以期为临床机械通气患儿提供更好的营养支持作参考。
It summarized the status quo of nutritional support for illness children undergoing clinical mechanical ventilation from the aspects of evaluation and ways of implement of nutritional support, opportunity of support, demand for energy and clinical monitoring. It put forward some problems existed in nutritional support so as to provide reference for better nutritional support for illness children undergoing clinical mechanical ventilation.
