NF-κB在机体炎症与免疫反应中作用的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 Sen和Baltimor首先从B淋巴细胞核提取物中检测到一种能与免疫球蛋白κ轻链基因增强子κB序列(5′GGGACTITCC3′)特异结合的核蛋白因子,称其为核因子-κB(nuclear factor κB,NF-κB)。NF-κB存在于体内多种细胞中,活化后能与许多基因启动子区域的固定核苷酸序列结合而启动基因转录,参与多种疾病的发病过程。本文现对NF-κB及其在炎症与免疫反应中的作用作一综述。
