摘要
本文通过对屠宰加工行业中检疫环节的研究和分析,针对传统检疫方式的特点和不足,创造性地提出了RFID技术与屠宰生产线控制系统相结合的应用方式,实现了检疫肉样与所检胴体的准确对应和智能识别与管理。文章主要通过深入分析生猪屠宰加工生产中旋毛虫检验、内脏检验等检验环节,详细讲述了RFID标识技术在屠宰加工行业检疫环节中应用的解决方案、技术优势。
This essay investigate arid analyze quarantine part of slaughter process field,aim to disadvantage of traditional quarantine way, author creatively offer use R, FID technology into slaughter process flow managernent system, achieve quarantine meat sample same with telatire meat body and so realize intelligent identification arid management.
