摘要
介绍了日韩两国水稻生产机械化发展的历程和农机的研发与推广。阐述了依法建立农机试验鉴定体制;赋予农机试验鉴定自愿性和权威性;指导用户选购、安全使用和改进、开发产品是鉴定的主要目的等日韩两国农业机械试验鉴定管理内容。并从考察中得到收获和启示:国家推动是促进水稻机械化发展的基础,研发机具是促进水稻机械化发展的关键,节本增效是发展水稻机械化的目标,发展农机化是实现生产标准化、促进农产品质量安全的有效措施。
The development history of mechanical rice production and the research and extension of farming machine in Japan and Korea were introduced in this paper. The main contents of farming machine experiment expertise management were elaborated, such as establishing farming machine experiment expertise system, bestowing voluntariness and autonomy on farming machine experiment expertise, guiding the users to choose and purchase products, to use safely and to improve and explore the products. The enlightenment of investigation was summarized as follows： National impetus is the basis to celebrate the development of rice mechanization; Exploiting farming machine is the key to accelerate the development of rice mechanization; Saving cost and increasing efficiency is the target of the development of rice mechanization; It is an effective measure to realize production standardization and to accelerate quality security of farming products.
