摘要
为筛选抗梭条花叶病的小麦品种(系)供育种和生产应用,自1997年起对425份江苏省农业科学院粮食作物研究所(以下简称“本所”)育成的高代品系和384份来自不同省份的推广品种(系)进行了连续多年的梭条花叶病抗性鉴定。结果表明,425份本所育成的高代品系中有54份表现高抗,占12.7%,116份为中抗,占27.3%。来自不同省份的推广品种(系)表现高抗的有102个,占26.6%,中抗的有71份,占18.5%。不同省份之间出现高抗品种的比例差异很大,来自陕西和山西省的绝大部分小麦品种均表现高抗,而来自四川、江苏、湖北的小麦品种中出现高抗的品种较少。通过系统选育和采用抗感品种间杂交,后代进行严格选择,均可以育成抗病高产的小麦品种。
425 advanced wheat lines developed by Institute of Food Crops, Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences and 384 commercial wheat varieties and lines from 11 provinces of China had been evaluated for resistance to wheat spindle streak mosaic virus (WSSMV) since 1997. The results showed that 54 and 116 advanced wheat lines were highly and moderately resistant to WSSMV of all 425 lines, accounting for 12.7% and 27.3%, respectively. Among 384 commercial wheat varieties and lines, 102 and 71 wheat varieties and lines were highly and moderately resistant to WSSMV, accounting for 26.6% and 18. 5%, respectively. Most of wheat varieties or lines from Shaanxi and Shanxi provinces were highly resistant to WSSMV, but only a few wheat varieties or lines from Sichuan, Hubei and Jiangsu were highly resistant to WSSMV. The wheat varieties with high resistance to WSSMV and high yield potential could be developed by both pedigree selection and intervarietal cross.
